What is partner visa?

Partner visa is the permission for living your partner in case your partner belongs to some other country. Partner visa does not only allow you to live with her but also gives permanent citizenship of the country your partner belongs to. For example you belong to Australia and you have a girlfriend out there in Philippines. Partner visa is the official stamp which can help you living in the same country with her.

Are you planning to marry a Thai woman?
In case you are in love with a woman belonging to Thailand or you are planning to marry any Thai woman and want to take her with you in Australia then you can apply for the immigration of your partner from Thailand to Australia. The condition for getting a permanent visa of Australia is that your boyfriend or husband should be a permanent resident of Australia in other words your partner must have citizenship of Australia. Visa Migration Services help you in the whole process of application and verification while getting the Visa.

What is required?
There are few things which are required to get a partner Visa,
  •  As written above your partner should be permanent citizen of Australia.
  • Your marriage should be genuine and must be registered in court. Only legal marriages are accepted in Partner Visas.
  • Your unique identity card and proof of your prior residence is required by the government to assure that you and your application in genuine.

Firstly, you will get a temporary permission to stay with your husband or spouse in his country. This permission will have a limited time period of two years and in this time duration you are all free to work here in Australia, have babies and visit other countries. After these two years of your marriage if you are still in married relationship with your husband or if you have had babies then the Australian Visa Team helps you get a permanent allowance to stay in Australia i.e. you will be stamped as a permanent citizen of Australia. Other case is if you get divorce from your husband within that period and you are not together then you will be deported back to your country.
